- Open to all UK, CI and IoM residents except employees and their immediate families of the Cycling Scotland, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Bulk or 3rd party entries will not be accepted.
- To enter the draw you must be a UK resident aged 16 or over at the time of entry.
- Closing date for entries is 17/10/08.
- Only one entry per person.
- To enter, complete a questionnaire and hand it to a member of the CAPS team. Alternatively visit the website www.cyclingactionplanforscotland.org and enter via the applicable page.
- The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted by email after that date.
- Prizes: There is one set of 4 bikes to be won: 2 x Adult Bikes (1 women’s, 1 men’s); 2 x Children’s Bikes; 2 x Adult helmets; 2 x Child helmets; bike locks; lights; puncture repair kits and pumps. There is one Nintendo Wii player and Wii Fit game to be won: includes one wireless Wii remote and one nunchuk; or one Apple iPod Nano 8GB
- No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide alternative similar prizes of equal or greater value.
